 Key Responsibilities

1. Team Management & Leadership

• Supervise and mentor a team of Accounts Payable associates

• Set performance goals, monitor KPIs, and conduct regular performance reviews

• Provide training and on-the-job guidance to enhance team capabilities

2. Invoice & Payment Processing

• Oversee end-to-end PO and Non-PO invoice processing with accuracy and timeliness

• Review and manage payment runs including cheques, wire transfers, and ACH payments

• Ensure strong duplicate-payment checks and preventive controls

3. Vendor Management & Issue Resolution

• Act as the escalation point for vendor queries and disputes

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies

• Build and maintain strong vendor and stakeholder relationships

4. Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements

• Support automation initiatives such as OCR, ERP upgrades, and AP workflow enhancements

• Develop, update, and maintain SOPs for standardized AP processes

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, company policies, and SOX compliance

• Support internal and external audits with required documentation

• Prepare and present AP reports such as aging, payment forecasts, and accruals to leadership

6. Month-End & Year-End Close

• Oversee AP-related month-end and year-end close activities

• Ensure accurate recording of liabilities and timely reconciliation of accounts

 Eligibility & Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate

• PG: Any Postgraduate

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payable operations and controls

• Exposure to ERP systems, automation tools, and audit environments preferred
