Job Responsibilities:
- For Freshers:
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements.
- Support audit engagements and client inquiries.
- Participate in tax and advisory projects under the guidance of senior professionals.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making.
- For Experienced Professionals:
- Lead audit and assurance engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide strategic advice and solutions to clients on financial matters.
- Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
- Oversee and mentor junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
Qualifications:
- For Freshers:
- A recent CA qualification or equivalent is required.
- Strong academic background in accounting and finance.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- For Experienced Professionals:
- CA qualification with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in audit, tax, or advisory services.
- Demonstrated leadership and client management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
