- Establish Key Performance Metrics for the finance & accounting team and assess & report performance each month.
- Ability to prepare budgets and track actual performance against budgets.
- Comprehensive understanding of statutory laws applicable to IT company.
- Ability to represent the company to government bodies, customers, vendors etc.
- Participation in negotiations with customers and vendors that protect the interest of the company.
- Ability to lead a team of 4-5 members.
