Key Responsibilities
- Source and acquire new Gold Loan customers (NTB – New to Bank).
- Manage and expand relationships with existing customers.
- Generate leads through branch banking teams, CBEs, and Asset Relationship Managers.
- Conduct micro-marketing activities in the branch catchment area.
- Build strong networking channels for customer acquisition.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets as per KPIs.
- Promote DCB Bank’s Gold Loan products and services.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Gold Loan Sales through open market sourcing.
- Experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services sales.
- Strong customer acquisition and relationship management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and business goals.
