Job Role or Description
- Monitoring and review of Variable cost of the unit and reporting of exceptions thereby providing inputs for cost control
- Monitoring and review of Fixed costs and reporting of exceptional items for the unit
- Preparation and submission of various MIS reports with respect to Variable costs and fixed costs in the prescribed formats
- Controlling and releasing budgets in Fund module in SAP and ensuring the budgets are released within allowable limits
- Preparation and submission of necessary schedules and ensuring completion of Cost Audit for the unit
- Timely upload of required data in Qlik view and ensuring correctness
- Monitoring of Inventory levels for working capital management
- Review and analysis of differences in physical verification of Bulk materials
- Assisting towards preparation of Variable and fixed cost estimates for monthly / quarterly forecasts and annual business plan
- Assisting in validation of new ROI capex proposals
- Assisting in preparation of presentations for Senior Management review meetings
- Working reconciliation of Bulk material physical verification reports
- Help in automation and digitalization of the MIS
