Job Description/Skills Required

• Your primary responsibilities will include building financial models for new M&A opportunities and PPA bids, analyzing project returns and providing detailed analysis based on the key project documents such as investment memorandums and other project materials, and assessing impact on project returns and capital structure. You’ll be required to run scenario analysis based on the key project variables such as production, price, capex, and other key project inputs, in addition to carrying out internal and external due diligence during the preacquisition stage, including but not limited to reviewing key projects documents such as power purchase agreements, EPC agreements, and permitting documentation.
  Who We’re Looking For
  
• Candidates holding an MBA (finance) or comparable qualification with one to three years of experience.
• The ideal candidate should have excellent financial modelling capabilities and the ability to build project models with limited direction and guidance.
• Candidates who have great research capabilities and understanding of power and utilities sector with a focus on solar, wind and storage technologies
• Candidate should have excellent written communication skills and report-writing capabilities
