CtrlS Datacenters Ltd Hiring For CA Final – Financial Planning Analyst, Financial Modelling, M&A

Roles and Responsibilities : –

• 3 to 9 Years of experience in Financial Planning &Analyst/ Financial Analyst and oversee financial budgeting and forecasting for the business in Investment Banking

• Producing financial reports related to budgets, Merger & Acquisition, Corporate Finance, Private Equity Variance analysis Fund raising reconciliation

• P&L analysis and financial performance reports (Key financial information Ratio and analysis to the management for financial decision-making)

• Preparation & Presentation of Monthly P&L report (MIS)

• Preparation and presentation of Division wise financial analysis (PPT) for each division for monthly/Quarterly divisional meeting

• Provide Variance analysis report of actuals against annual budget to identify variances to the management

• Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets

• Coordinate with business operations and give them support from finance ops effectively.

• Support process improvement initiatives to achieve financial goals – Ensure timely and comprehensive financial reporting for investors.

• Prepare statements and necessary reports as requested by investors

• Partake in the Due Diligence process and manage investor queries

• Additional controller duties as necessary Desired Skills : –

• Strong knowledge of accounting (IND-AS), finance, reporting, budgeting, business operations, strategic planning, FP&A

• Knowledge of MS Office, PPT, including Excel.

• Negotiation skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships

• Commercial and business awareness/acumen

• Good communication skills both written and verbal.
