CA Fresher + CFA I/II Cleared Immediate Joiners only can apply.
Index maintenance: Daily index computation, rebalancing
Index research: Index criteria review
Fixed income domain knowledge
Knowledge of fixed income mutual funds (or AIF, PMS, Insurance) products
Knowledge on passive investments
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines governing mutual funds
Fixed income market understanding – yield levels, key trends, market preference and market structure
Fluency with bond and index mathematics
Analytical inclination
Strong oral, written and presentation skills
Good to Have skills:
Knowledge of coding languages
Functional Responsibility/Domain Related:
New Product development: Launch of innovative replicable indices for index funds/ETFs
Tracking competition and other global practices on passive investments
Ensuring compliance to regulatory and other best practices
Preparation of ad-hoc analytical reports for the purpose of senior management and/or for external agencies
Team management, supervision, and planning (for candidates in 4 to 7 year experience range)
