Job Role or Description

• Financial sector experience, preferably in a CRO or CFO function in an investment bank, a consultancy firm. Proven work experience on COO teams with financial and business management roles is preferable Expert experience of providing clarity on direct, transferred, and allocated bank-wide costs Analytical skills to project expense base trends drivers, identifying, and communicating factors that have impacted the expense base development on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis Strong collaboration with Forecasting, Planning, Allocations and Management Reporting functions with Group Finance, as well as divisional and corporate functions Financial Management functions Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for crafting impactful solutions Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills – problem structuring, logical thinking and story-lining crucial Extremely client-focused approach with strong communication skills with diverse range of audiences Outstanding interpersonal and influencing skills to facilitate collaboration across different levels of the organization and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with senior management Proven experience with data environment such as Oracle Essbase, SQL is a must
