- Knowledge of US tax laws and tax concepts
- Experience with US tax software (UltraTax, Drake, CCH Axcess, ProSeries, ATX, etc.)
- Strong MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Outlook skills
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to mentor team members and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
