Salary Budget: 3 to 5 LPA (Max)
Shifts: Flexible to work on Night shifts. (5days’ Work from office)
Responsibilities:
Utility expense team will provide support services which includes upload files timely into Oracle Fusion, setup locations to pay the utility bills, close sites, deactivate accounts, run productivity reports to locations
Monitor and manage invoicing queues to include Oracle Fusion, email and supplier portals.
Manage and monitor auditing and payment functions for telecom supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner and communicate with suppliers regarding the status.
Manage the invoice reconciliation queue to include resolution of exceptions, coding accuracy, misrouted invoices and duplicate invoices.
Investigate irregularities and determine and bring to successful conclusion corrective actions.
Properly code and route invoices, process invoices to break down charges where required and allocate accordingly to proper cost centres.
Direct the recovery of credits and management of short-pay and no-pay decisions.
Create, maintain, and run invoice aging and open purchase order reports.
Manages and maintains invoices including validating invoice accuracy.
Timely processing of utility and telecom invoices, according to the accounts process flow
Make recommendations on the optimization of the payment process.
Research invoice, payment, and past due discrepancy.
Work with suppliers as well as internal stakeholders on resolving issues.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable Department and Utility and Telecom expense management
Knowledge of general accounting procedures
Night shift is mandatory
Proficient in data entry
Strong customer service/communication skills
Advanced computer and Microsoft Excel skills
Knowledge of basic audit principles
