JD BUSINESS ANALYST :
The IT Business Analyst is a senior-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning.
CSPO/PSPO and SAFe POPM for Scaled Agile, Certification / knowledge preferred
Experienced working in Agile Development Methodology.
- Experience in Using activity diagrams, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, flowcharts, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, interviews, and workflow analysis to Induce and manage requirements.
- Own and manage requirement related aspects of the change delivery life cycle from inception, solution design through to implementation and post implementation support
- Gathering information from multiple sources and critically evaluating it, reconciling conflicts, disseminating high-level information into details and distinguishing user requests from their true need
- Writing the business requirement documentation including overall solution, data definition, process flows, interfaces, product configurations, support tools and processes, reports, and other special considerations
- Ability to take part in development of strategies and interventions to affect cost and quality. Ability to identify trends and produce forecasts
- Provide input during development and implementation phases, including formulation and definition of systems scope, objectives and necessary system enhancements for complex, high-impact projects
- Identify and communicate risks and impacts and propose risk mitigation options, considering business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment
- Impact analysis, both business and technical, working closely with architects and solution designers
