Job Description:
We are hiring CA-Qualified professionals for the Record to Report (R2R) process with strong leadership skills and hands-on accounting expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage R2R processes including reconciliation and journal entries
- Ensure accurate service delivery and compliance with financial reporting standards
- Handle escalations and serve as the single point of contact (L1)
- Manage team performance, training, and appraisals
- Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives
Required Skills:
- Expertise in General Accounting, Period-End Closing, Financial Reporting (Oracle), Fixed Assets, and Inter-company processes
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- People management and team leadership experience
- Quality-certified (preferred)
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
