Cognizant Team Manager – RTR Job Description
The Cognizant Team Manager – RTR role involves managing Finance & Accounting delivery operations, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring SLA compliance and driving business and financial performance.
The Team Manager will lead teams, manage customer escalations, monitor KPIs, optimise resources and identify opportunities for automation, cost reduction and process improvement. Candidates should have substantial experience in RTR and F&A operations and be comfortable managing large teams and customer-facing responsibilities.
Cognizant RTR Team Manager Responsibilities
- Ensure zero-surprise delivery and achievement of agreed customer SLAs.
- Drive delivery performance and attainment of financial goals.
- Manage customer relationships through regular governance meetings.
- Identify opportunities for additional business with customers.
- Resolve customer escalations and operational issues within defined timelines.
- Drive KPI metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for RPA, automation and analytics.
- Identify key cost drivers and implement measures for optimisation.
- Work with support functions to provide administrative support to the team.
- Ensure operational continuity and minimise downtime.
- Ensure team members follow required compliance standards, policies and processes.
- Plan resources based on business volumes and available headcount.
