Responsibilities:
- Customer Master Setup/Updates
- Customer invoicing
- Cash/Payment Application
- Run Dunning Report
- Research customer account and communicate with Customer or client to clear customer discrepancies.
- Reconciliation and month close activities
- Periodic contract pricing updates
1. Maintain and manage the delivery activities within the TAT and quality (accuracy)
2. Good knowledge of SAP in areas of Invoicing and extract reports from SAP
3. Adhere to established control mechanisms.
4. Develop and keep process documentation current
5. Liaison with different departments to submit the invoices on customer portal
6. Creation of sales orders
8. Review and approval with requestor / site as applicable
9. Submission of invoices to customer
10. Ensure a seamless integration of changes in AR business Reporting & Reconciliations
11. Lookout for automation opportunities to bring efficiency
12. Confirm that proper escalation procedures are followed according to established business practices
13. Should be able to communicate effectively with team and management. Should be able to identify issues and concerns that may affect the performance of the job and communicate the same to stake holders
Skills:
- Good Verbal & Written Communication
- Knowledge on SAP/Oracle Application Preferred
- Customer/Client Focused attitude
- Problem solving skills.
- Any Visual basic or Macro skill are additional advantage.
