Join the LinkedIn Marketing Solutions (LMS) Support Team at Cognizant!
We are looking for professionals with a blend of customer service, digital marketing, and advertising platform experience to deliver a world-class support experience to advertisers.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Respond to advertiser queries via chat and email regarding LMS products.
- Diagnose campaign performance issues and suggest optimizations.
- Deliver technical support and escalate issues when necessary.
- Assist advertisers in maximizing campaign ROAS and engagement.
- Develop expert-level knowledge of LMS products and advertising trends.
- Document procedures, support product rollouts, and offer client insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to process improvements.
🧠 Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years’ experience with online ad platforms (support/sales/optimization).
- Working knowledge of advertising concepts and marketing terms like AB testing, ROAS, marketing funnels, etc.
- CRM tools experience and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Flexible with work shifts (morning to afternoon) and weekend shifts.
🎓 Educational & Preferred Qualifications
- UG: Any Graduate
- B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years in customer service, digital marketing, or advertising operations preferred
- Experience supporting new product launches and working with PPC or paid ads platforms is a plus
