📌 Eligibility & Requirements:

• Experience: 1-4 years in BPO (Finance & Accounting)

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / ICWA / CA

• Preferred Knowledge:

  • Record to Report (RTR) Background

  • General Accounting

  • Oracle Application (Preferred but not mandatory)

🎯 Job Responsibilities:

• Review Journal Entries, Accruals, and Bad Debt Provisions

• Perform High-Risk Reconciliations & Bank Account Reconciliations

• Ensure timely communication on issues, risks & status updates

• Review & Clear Open Items

🔹 Required Skills:

• Good verbal & written communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Eye for detail

• Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros (a plus)
