✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years in BPO (mandatory)
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA
- Prior experience in F&A processes – especially OTC (Order to Cash), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, or Invoicing
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of Visual Basic or Macros is a plus
- Comfortable working in rotational and night shifts
- Notice Period: Candidates available to join within 30 days preferred

- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely invoicing
- Perform reconciliation and cash application processes
- Maintain accuracy in financial transactions and reporting
