Job Description/Skills Required
- Responsible for resource utilization & tracking costs. Ensure CSAT and BES Scores are in line with the agreed thresholds. Responsible for all people management activities recruitment, attrition management, performance management, training and development. Meet agreed KPIs (attention to detail, technical skills, output quality, timeliness and communication). Identify development needs and ensure training for the team (tracked using the training plan). Manage employee retention and engagement manage a) attrition within the target range and b) ESAT scores. Contribute to recruitment (measured through participation in screening/interviewing of candidates). Ensure compliance to all process requirements is not below 100%. Complete all mandatory assessments and certifications applicable to the business. Document and review all process changes of the team to improve process quality.
