👤 Role: Team Leader – Procure to Pay (PTP)

Department: Finance & Accounts – Accounts Payables
Experience: 6 – 11 years (BPO industry preferred)
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: 11:30 PM – 8:30 AM (Night Shift)
Transport: Two-way cab provided

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA / ICWA / CA

• Experience: 6–11 years in Accounts Payable / PTP within BPO/Shared Services

• Team Handling: Must have managed a team of 10–15 members

🔧 Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle invoice processing, T&E claims, and payment exceptions

• Perform vendor reconciliation, month-end activities, and compliance audits

• Manage internal duplicate payment reviews, escheatment checks, and chargebacks

• Lead performance reporting, SLA adherence, and client/vendor communication

• Provide team guidance, ensure SOP compliance, and process improvements

🛠️ Key Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Payables / PTP

• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP tools (preferably SAP)

• Experience with reconciliation, accruals, and compliance audits

• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills

• Exposure to SOP documentation and tools like Visio

• Quality certifications (preferred)
