💼 Job Role: Senior Process Executive – P&C Insurance

As a Senior Process Executive in P&C Insurance, you will be responsible for transcribing information from various sources into a standardized database system, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data. You’ll work on a variety of tasks, focusing on underwriting, policy servicing, endorsements, and renewals in Commercial Insurance. The role requires an individual who is comfortable working independently but also collaborates harmoniously with team members.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

• Data Transcription: Accurately enter data from files/images into the database system.

• Data Cleansing: Ensure all rules are followed in cleansing and transferring data.

• File Management: Verify data correctness, rework inaccurate data, and track production statistics.

• Team Collaboration: Work as an individual contributor while supporting team dynamics.

• Compliance: Follow all organizational policies and update records as needed.

• Shift Readiness: Prepare for and perform all duties in the allocated shift, including night shifts.

• Skill Development: Undergo necessary training for process and skill improvement.

📋 Essential Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 – 6 years of overall processing experience, preferably in P&C insurance.

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline.

• Domain Experience: At least 1 year of mandatory work experience in P&C Commercial Insurance, specifically in Underwriting, Policy Servicing, Endorsements, or Renewals.

• Shift Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts as required.

• Location Preference: Candidates from Chennai or nearby locations are preferred.

• Immediate Joiners: Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately or within 30 days of notice period.
