Job Description/Skills Required
- Assists in preparation of financial statement footnote disclosures required for Citi and subsidiaries SEC Form 10-K and Form 10-Q
- Assists in preparation and filing of financial statements and footnote disclosures required for U.S. employee benefit plans under US GAAP and PCAOB
- Support internal and external audits for US employee pension plans
- Coordinate tax preparation required for US employee benefit plans with internal and external teams
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to strengthen process controls and financial reporting
- Assis in the preparation of financial reporting for all US pension plans and medical plans
- Support inquiries from Corporate groups (Finance, Tax, Legal and Benefits)
- Assists in the non-US Plan assumptions and reporting process
