Job description
Controlling to trade receivable and payable • Monitoring day to day activities corporate & branches • Pays invoices by verifying transaction information; scheduling and preparing disbursements; obtaining authorization of payment • Collects revenue by reminding delinquent accounts; notifying customers of insufficient payments • Prepares financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information and trends • Prepared and deposit of GST tax and submission of return • Prepared and deposit of TDS and submission of Return. • Coordination and finalized balance sheet reports • Monthly MIS Report submission with management • Banking operational activities • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed .
Removing duplicate numbers from Data through formula duplicate in Excel (Tools and formula). Updating campaign wise data in Module through excel sheet. Handling multiple reports, working with formula, pivot tables and various other excel sheet components for accurate data. Extracting report from Module agent productivity report on daily basis sharing MIS to the seniors. Updating Data Tracker and MIS on daily and weekly basis. Well in MS Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot Table, Chart, CONCATENATE, If, data validation & Scenarios, Len, Right, Left, Lower, Upper, Proper) Keep the Operation & Finance manager informed of task accomplishment, issues and status. Prepared Proactive checklist for database & important work to avoid future downtime
