CARS24 is hiring for Deputy Manager – Finance Operations
Location: Gurgaon
Work schedule: 5 days a week
Salary: 10-12 LPA
Roles & Responsibilities:
~Responsible for overseeing the accounting of all purchase and sales transactions
~Responsible for accounting of all direct expenses- Refurbishment, Logistic, Registration etc.
~Periodic review of tasks done by the team (Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Bank reconciliation, AP and AR schedules)
~Planning for month-end closure (MEC) within the team and with business to ensure MEC deadlines are met
~Preparation and review of month-end schedules
~Identifying the accounting treatment for any new task or new process
~Responsible for maintaining overall accounting hygiene including reconciliation
~Highlighting to the management from time to time any accounting gaps or long ageing items
~Guiding and motivating the team to help achieve the smaller landmarks keeping in view the MEC activities
~Defining KPIs for team members and closely monitoring their progress
~Dealing with various business teams and working closely with the overall Finance team
Qualifications:
~Prior experience of 8-10 years working as a team leader
~Team Handling experience
~Prior experience of working on SAP
~Hands-on experience in MS Office and Google spreadsheet Interface
~Accountability and job responsibility
~Excellent knowledge of accounting and SAP
