3-7 years of experience in Finance Operations, especially in “R2R” processes Strong experience with Book Closure & Reconciliation Expertise in research on “Out of Balances” Knowledge of Balance Sheet & Bank Reconciliation, Month-End Closing, Journal Entries & Reporting Ability to work night shifts Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working with mid-level stakeholders Intermediate Excel skills with the ability to analyze formulas
