About the Role
As an Executive in Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for managing invoice processing, vendor reconciliations, and ensuring accurate and timely payment cycles. This position offers a dynamic opportunity to build your expertise in finance operations within a global corporate setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Accounts Payable processes.
- Perform invoice processing, including 2-way and 3-way matching.
- Ensure compliance with Purchase Order (PO) processes.
- Manage vendor and statement reconciliations.
- Process invoices related to rent, service charges, and insurance.
- Maintain accurate AP records and assist with audits.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
- Use MS Excel for report maintenance and data validation.
Eligibility Criteria
✅ Minimum 1 year of relevant AP experience.
✅ Strong communication and email writing skills.
✅ Basic MS Excel knowledge.
✅ Must possess all required documents.
✅ Any graduate (Commerce background preferred).
✅ Immediate joiners will be given preference.
