Shift: UK Rotational Shifts (Night shifts, 2 rotational offs)

- Handle inbound customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats
- Provide accurate and helpful information on company products/services
- Deliver excellent customer service with empathy and patience
- Manage difficult customer situations professionally and calmly
β Candidate Profile:
- Freshers and experienced candidates (0-5 years) can apply
- Undergraduate/Graduate candidates eligible (Graduation not mandatory)
- Comfortable working in rotational UK shifts including night shifts
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude
