- Lead and manage Order to Cash (O2C) operations including Billing, Cash Application, Collections, and Dispute Management.
- Ensure accurate invoicing and timely collection of receivables.
- Analyze financial data and cash flow reports to identify improvement areas.
- Drive process optimization and efficiency enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and streamline workflows.
🎓 Desired Candidate Profile
- 9–14 years of proven experience in O2C domain (AR, Billing, Dispute Management, Cash Application, Collections).
- Deep knowledge of O2C processes and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Education: Any Graduate (Commerce background preferred).
