💼 Job Description – Record To Report (R2R)

• Strong knowledge of General Accounting, Journal Entries, Ledger Reconciliation, and Invoicing

• Hands-on experience in Intercompany Reconciliation and Month-End Reporting

• Managing queries and coordinating with internal teams for issue resolution

• Participate in client meetings, forecasting, and process improvements

• Ensure accuracy in P&L management, cost accounting, and reconciliations

• Provide analysis, advisory, and recommendations based on financial data

• Excellent Excel, analytical, and communication skills

• Commitment towards meeting deadlines and month-end close activities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education: B.Com in Commerce or Finance
