- Responsible for SAP installation, configuration, and support. Should provide Technical support and leadership including establishing standards and requirements, evaluating and directing enhancements, and implementing solutions. Experienced in performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation Strong SAP administration skill in all SAP products including J2EE administration Expert in system specific skills like LiveCache, SRM administration, SAP PI admin All System maintenance knowledge Worked in ticket based support area Primary Skills Responsible for SAP installation, configuration, and support Should provide Technical support and leadership including establishing standards and requirements Experienced in performance monitoring, and systems configuration, design and implementation Secondary Skills Good knowledge of SAP Basis troubleshooting Good experience in process driven support for large project (50+ SAP systems) Contributing continuous improvements in SAP Technical area
