Job Description/Skills Required
- Ensure that the daily activities within his/her responsibilities are fulfilled properly and timely in accordance with Desktop Procedures and SLA targets. Receive invoices, perform necessary validations and execute transactions with timeliness. Verifies and processes system invoices as well as requests for payment. Process payment run including check, EFT, ACH, wire transfers and other source payments Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports Follow company processes, controls and policies Create and act on month-end accounts payable reports Resolve issues, serve as a resource in troubleshooting complex matters and ensure that problems are responded to in a timely manner Support and active participation in Process transformation Ensure company policies, processes, and procedures are clearly defined, updated and documented
