- Must have an end to end process knowledge in accounts receivable process Query Resolution Ensure that the SLAs are met / improved as per the Clients requirement Maintain healthy client relationship and contribute effective value add to the Clients Business Strong Analytical skills and ability for reporting to be able to ensure daily production reporting and analysis Ensures an adherence to all compliance guidelines/requirements and internal policies and procedures including SOX, revenue recognition, Trade Compliance and supports internal and external audits Work on stringent deadlines and extended hours during quarter and month ends Self-starter, highly motivated and positive on job Good understanding of AR Activities
