Job Role or Description
- Provide legal advice to human resource team and other business units concerning a broad range of employment law related issues including displacement business transition insourcing and outsourcing of employees and all applicable labour law eg. maternity laws, PF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, CLRA etc. Provide support to lead on various employment related issues after thoroughly research the issue into a well written legal memorandum. Provide updates to senior management on amendments & developments on applicable employment laws as and when required. Primary Skill The candidate must be a qualified lawyer, having Degree of Law (LL.B.) from a reputed university. Should have a post qualification experience of at least 4-6 years as an in-house counsel with a reputed organisation preferably in IT/ITES. Provide support to lead on various employment related issues after thoroughly research the issue into a well written legal memorandum.
