Responsible for calling insurance companies in US to analyze the claims and follow up on outstanding Account Receivable
Capable to capturing denials
Appeal to insurances for pending claims
Handle customer issues, escalation calls and coordinate with different functions, case management
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and comprehension skills in English
Open to Work from Office
