Job Role or Description
- Monitors the mailboxes for any BRM review artefacts or communication on any ongoing review and performs all day-to-day activities for review management, this includes following tasks:
- Collates feedbacks from various approvers & teams, reports to and manages expectations with BRMs & BRM head.
- Encodes the review cycle information in BRM tool (a portal called BRM cockpit) for any exception consults BRMs & BRM head.
- The PMO are the guardians of the end-to-end Review management process, and encoder data in BRM cockpit, provide the visibility and reporting to BRMs & internal management:
- Organize / Coordinate (and minute the meeting).
- Management and follow-up of the actions, risks & issues.
- Follow-up on the progress of information requests
