Job Description/Skills Required
- New client acquisition through direct marketing activities
- Execution of marketing activities for lead generation
- Should only focus on Direct Sourcing no third party sourcing than from company’s authorized referrals is allowed
- Responsible for first level of due diligence and creditworthiness check of customers
- Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by telephone, and personal visits
- Conversion of prospect into a customer by constant customer engagement and execution of documents
- Customer awareness calling and personal visits for collections
- Achievement of assigned monthly disbursement targets at desired IRR
- Co-ordination for clearance of pendency of files logged in system for smooth sanction and disbursement with in defined TAT
- Regular monitoring of all accounts for early warning mechanism
- Relationship management with existing customer for retention and customer delight
- Authentication documents through Original Seen and Verified of KYC and Financial Documents
- Responsible for Early Delinquency and Nos Starter cases
- Prompt reporting of any adverse information on the client
- Good house-keeping that is timely resolution of PDD & OTC
