Job Role or Description
- The role is a Unique Asset Group Function whose responsibility is to support the various client facing groups of Fiduciary Trust Company International (The Firm). The Firm is a 100% owned subsidiary of Franklin Resources Inc. It provides Wealth Management, Custody and Trust services to High-Net-worth Clients. The job involves supporting the various Client facing functions of Fiduciary i.e., Investment Management, Wealth Advisory, Strategic Advisory Group, Relationship Management Group, Business Development, Custody, Taxation and Trust Group. Job would require an analytical mind, eye for details and solutions mindset. Actively participate in and lead efforts to expand or strengthen the departments capabilities and strictly adhere to the policies and procedures implemented for administering Unique Assets in an effort to mitigate risk for clients and The Firm. Ensure timely and accurate output and ongoing accounts compliance with respective investment guidelines, regulatory guidelines, and Fiduciarys internal controls. He/She will be responsible for compliance to the unique asset policies and procedures. Suggest process improvements and participate in their implementation. Additionally, the position will involve oversight of unique asset administration, the various forms of data maintenance specific to unique asset status tracking, correspondence, valuations, pricing, data repositories and other detailed analysis. As needs dictate, may be required to work long hours and on special projects and assignments. He/She should be prepared to work night shifts.
