Job Description Business Development Manager/ Representative – Bancassurance/Agency
- Drive business through Bank/ Agent network
- Identify and motivate suitable partners/ agents for licencing and activation
- Set and monitor objectives to achieve the agreed sales targets
- Identify customers for upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Conduct periodic reviews with Bank officials
- Conduct training on new products for agents and partners to drive sales
- Develop and maintain relationship with all the key stakeholders
