Job Description/Skills Required
- Under moderate direction, conduct assigned operational and data analysis activities related to client onboarding/transitions/conversions. • Serves as an advisor to clients as they onboard/transition/convert to/from organization products and solutions. • Prepare for and onboard clients, opens and close accounts and/or analyse, reconcile and review incoming or outgoing data for accurate translation to platform. • Determine the best set-up for client accounts and establish or make updates to client accounts. • Prepare for Enablement and Implementation tasks once static data are set up post due diligence, KYC and Regulatory checks. • Liaise with Sales, RM, Clients, TMG and Regulatory teams for any gaps and updates • Review the Account Opening Checklist for accuracy. • Assist with account closure and account off boarding process by disabling or deactivating CLMT static mapping of internal accounts with external trade platforms. • Escalate findings to senior colleagues or assigned transition consultant. • Participate on training, updates, and other business calls • Work closely with and provide support for Transition Consulting, Relationship Management and Account Management teams to ensure knowledge of client priorities and preferences and a seamless client experience. • Work closely with the SME to lead project management activities for onboarding / transitions / conversions that includes reporting, planning, issue and risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation, day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation. • Ensures all SLAs are met. • Creates MIS and Reporting Tool and present it to higher management and business on daily/weekly/monthly basis. • Drive business calls with clients, stakeholders, and wider teams. • May participate in UAT, on boarding and fault resolution. • Maintain pipeline tracker will full accuracy. • Participate in Idea generation programs and propose process improvement plans. • Supports and reviews control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process. • Perform maintenance and remediation tasks on static data or manage regulatory breaks. • Need to have a good understanding of regulatory norms associated with FX and Derivatives. • Contribute towards team success.
