The Migration Readiness Team is responsible to run/assist in migration activities for Client on-boarding/ Large scale migration or change with UK Spoke across middle office in Chennai based on Global Operating Model.
Job Description :Identifying middle office scope & defining set ups required across middle office platforms like Tradeflow, Hiportfolio, XSP, Neolink etc placing requests.Filling up forms for applicable middle office platforms and owning set ups in Hiportfolio, defining migration approach, migration rulebook, migration run book,Ensuring assets are set up across platforms,Understanding how to upload take-on assets and cash on Hiportfolio based on Operating models signed off.Planning, scheduling and completing spot tests/dry runs/dress rehearsal for take-ons,Initiating Go-live by implementing Migration,SWAT support,Understand Scope of services required in Middle Office by the New Client for Client Onboarding • Defining Set Ups required on Middle office platforms based on Scope identified • Understanding Hiportfolio Set up requirements of client and other internal stakeholders for set ups • Setting up Hiportfolio based on requirements on new clients & internal stakeholders • Filling up Tradeflow set up request forms based on client requirements & sending to STP team for Tradeflow set ups • Providing details to Alert team for Omgeo Alert set ups • Co-coordinating with Alert & STP teams to clarify/source/confirm all their queries with regards to Tradeflow & Omgeo Alert Set ups • Understanding Initial positions uploading model based on the Operating models signed off by Middle office • Preparing Migration Approach/Rulebook/Runbook for Client Onboarding. • Planning spot test/dry run/dress rehearsals for Client Onboarding. • Co-coordinating with STP for set ups required for spot test/dry run/dress rehearsals • Executing spot test/dry run/dress rehearsals for Client Onboarding. • Planning roles of internal stakeholders for the Go-live via Runbook based on clients requirement • Co-coordinating with Internal stakeholders for resources for testing & Go-live • Executing Go-live based on Runbook • Supporting Operations during SWAT • Communicating & coordinating with client for all Migration related queries/requests/requirements • Taking care of adhoc requests from client/internal stakeholders for any project based on available capacity.
