Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end store operations including Receiving, Inventory, Outbound & Returns.
- Lead a team of 150-200 store staff and 50-100 delivery boys, including training and delegating work.
- Ensure superior customer service and adherence to SLAs.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with SOPs and mandatory records.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience:
- 4+ years for Store Incharge
- 2+ years for Store Supervisor
- Knowledge: Strong in Inventory management (Inward, Outward, Write off, Cycle count) in F&V/FMCG.
- Skills:
- Good communication skills (English, Telugu & Hindi)
- Presentable and good in communication.
- Eligibility:
- Graduate
- Willing to relocate to Hyderabad
- Immediate joiners preferred
