Job Description/Skills Required
- Actively work on the Marketing Support products by following standard procedures and obtaining/analysing client feedback.
- Perform data validation again internal criteria and perform outreach to key stakeholders where there in inconsistencies or missing information.
- Daily monitoring of submissions on internal platform for new activity.
- Performs status updates and validation of activities/ assets against the companys internal criteria
- Any other duties as may be assigned by your reporting Manager or the Business Stakeholders.
- Work on updating and maintaining events and campaigns records on tools like Aprimo and Salesforce.
- Maintain high-quality through proofreading and peer reviews for errors and inconsistencies.
- Analyze new tactic and event activation requests to determine which ones need new Engage records created.
- Create Engage records.
- Update Orchestrate records with tactic ids.
- Analyze and correlate information between Engage and Aprimo.
- Outreach to Aprimo marketing requesters to clarify information submitted.
- Identification of marketing requestors.
- Support SLA of 24hr turnaround or next business daily.
