Job Role or Description
- Familiarizing oneself with the CEC workflow tool (‘WFT’) along and access/respond to the tasks raised by teams
- Ensuring the expectations/requirements of the Client service team are clearly understood and effectively communicated to the seniors.
- Assisting in preparation of draft computation of income and Return of Income.
- Assisting in preparation of draft business proposals basis the desktop research.
- Assisting in preparation of draft Responses to various Notices received by the client from the income tax department
- Identify the missing information required to complete a certain task and communicate the same
- Maintaining the time cost tracker on a real-time basis, capturing the vitals of the ticket raised on the CEC WFT.
- Aligning the process oriented routine activities and follow the prescribed steps duly to promote greater efficiencies.
- Ensure high quality, error free deliverables in given TAT.
