Job Description/Skills Required
- Take process transition and prepare SOP’s
- Own the delivery of the ORDER TO CASH process as per defined SLAs and KPIs for defined cluster /location
- Ensure adherence to approved budget for one’s cluster/served locations
- Manage, escalate, lead dispute resolution issues and coordinate with served locations/clusters and delivery team
- Guide the team lead on exception handling and issue resolution
- Ensure all controls and compliance are being followed related to the process
