Job Description/Skills Required
- To perform regular RA reconciliation and analysis of different telecom streams (Prepaid, Postpaid, Interconnect, Roaming, VAS, Mobile Money, IPTV, Fixed Line, ADSL etc.)
- To analyze revenue assurance activities and ensure the effectiveness of the activities for Mobility and Enterprise business
- To design and support the operation infrastructure for the performance of Revenue Assurance controls
- To improve revenue and profitability through complete assurance of revenue and minimization of leakages
- Understand business process changes that may affect the company’s ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)
- To analyze data/reports to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- To perform data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL and MS-Access
