🧑‍💼 Position Details

• Role: Associate / Senior Associate
• Service Line: Deal Advisory
• Sub-Service Line: Business Valuations
• Location: Gurgaon
• Experience: Minimum 1 year

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements and market data to prepare company profiles and client deliverables.
• Build and review DCF models and perform intrinsic valuation analysis.
• Conduct relative valuation using market multiples and precedent transactions.
• Perform in-depth company and industry research.
• Draft detailed valuation reports summarizing insights and conclusions.
• Contribute to business development activities and client proposals.
• Support practice development initiatives including solution-building and team development.

🎓 Qualifications

• CA (preferably cleared in the first attempt) or
• MBA (Finance) from a premier institute
• 1+ years of relevant experience in business valuation or financial advisory

🛠️ Required Skills

• Strong analytical and research capabilities
• Proficiency in Ind-AS, Income Tax, and basic IFRS understanding
• Financial modeling and report writing skills
• Client communication and project management abilities
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
