Job Role or Description
- Delivery of infrastructure financial modeling projects for sectors such as power & utilities, transportation &social infrastructure. Leading end-to-end infrastructure modeling and valuation engagementswhile working closely with the onshore team Understanding the delivery models applied to the infrastructure projects lifecycle across construction, operations, financing & refinancing phases Development and evaluation of quantitative financial, M&A (buy and sell side) and project finance models Manage the modelling risks, in accordance with KPMG risk management guidelines Actively building and managing the relationships and interface with Global KPMG Infrastructure teams and other deal advisory professionals Managing junior team members on engagements Supporting KPMG onshore teams and contributing to knowledge management to support practice development Desired Candidate Profile Relevant experience (5-7 years) gained in either Project Finance, regulatory finance, PPP, Corporate roles, M&A, Debt Syndication, Fund-raising, Infra SPVs or similar deal experience in the relevant sector/ propositions (as applicable) Be skilled in financial modelling and financial analysis • Be experienced in modelling and valuation principals • Have experience of project financing,debt syndication, bond financing and buy/sell side transactions in infrastructure sector • Financial analysis and interpretation, in particular DCF methods (NPV and IRR) • Have prepared infrastructure models from scratch and/or have significant experience into model audits/reviews
