KPMG is hiring for CFO Advisory- Consultant/Assistant Manager/ Manager for Gurgaon location.KPMG International Limited is a multinational professional services network, and one of the Big Four accounting organizations, along with Ernst & Young, Deloitte, and PwC. About the role:-Experience of assisting clients with technical accounting advisory, GAAP convergence (local GAAP to US GAAP/FRS/ Ind AS), Financial Reporting Process Advisory, Capital Market readiness
-Practical knowledge of finance function and financial reporting compliance from a regulatory perspective
-Hands-on experience of working on Fund Accounting, reconciliations, and reporting for investment funds across strategies
-Familiarity with Companies Act, SEBI and related regulatory requirements
-Working knowledge and exposure to MS Office, ERP systems like Oracle, SAP, and Accounting and Financial reporting experience under Ind AS/FRS/US GAAP.
-Accounting experience in areas on P2P, 02C and R2R including management reporting activities Fund Accounting and reporting experience working with fund administrators and Asset Management Companies
Experience and Background:
-Consultant/ Consultants- 0 to 2.5 years of relevant experience. (CA freshers will also be considered)
-Qualifications – CA (Chartered Accountant) Experience in preparation of financial statements/ financial reporting/ fund accounting
-Wilingness to travel within India or abroad for continuous long periods of time
-Have the ability to work under pressure – stringent timelines and tough client conditions
