Senior – This role is responsible for reviewing multi country Corporate or Group Accounting process including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation, month end processes, preparation of Management Packs and Financial Statements etc as per US GAAP.

Opportunity to work in a multi country or Group Accounting process including General Ledger, Balance Sheet reconciliation and month end processes. Also implement process improvements by providing lean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls and improve quality
Your key responsibilities
- End to end accounting experience including Group Accounting, month end closing, financial reporting, Balance sheet reconciliation and financial year closing process, (in the power / energy sector preferred)
- Exposure to HealthCare / Med Tech / Pharma is preferred
- Meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar of client in order to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations and reporting
- Gain a thorough understanding of business processes and operations adopted by the client to identify their requirements and ensure it is met through regular updates, schedules and reports
- Maintain dashboard to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi country engagements
- Willingness to challenge status quo processes and desire to implement process improvements by providing lean ideas, enforcing an environment with uncompromising controls and improve quality
- Review the progress dashboard of multi country engagements and be part of review meetings with multiple stakeholders
- To foster working relationships with the team and across departments
- Manage additional project-related responsibilities as well as ad hoc requests from internal stakeholders

To qualify for the role, you must have
- Qualified Chartered Accountants CA or ACCA or CPA with 3 years of experience or B.COM or M.COM or CA inter or MBA with overall 5 years of experience
- 3 to 6 years of experience in accounting
- End to end knowledge of accounting processes, accounting principles (IFRS), US GAAP
- Knowledge of ERP systems like Workday, SAP, MS Business Central etc.,

The opportunity
Staff ACR will play a critical role in supporting the multi country or group accounting process. The opportunity will be to work closely with Global Engagement leaders in end to end accounting assignments
Your key responsibilities
- Meticulous adherence to the compliance calendar of client in order to ensure smooth closure of books, reconciliations and reporting
- Identify client requirements by gaining thorough understanding of business process and operations
- Adhere to defined processes and timelines on reports and schedules.
- Update dashboard to demonstrate progress of activities and status quo of multi country engagements
- Provide timely and comprehensive answers to clients queries
Skills and attributes for success
- 1-3yrs of End-to-end accounting experience including month end closing, financial reporting and financial year closing process (in the Healthcare / Med Tech preferred)
- Exposure to healthcare / Med Tech / Pharma industry
- Experience in preparing monthly management reports and cash flow statement
- Knowledge of international accounting standards – IFRS / US GAAP
- Fluent in English
- Very good knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of ERP systems (Workday / Business Central / SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in shared service centre preferred
- Very good work organization, initiative and commitment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be motivated, self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills
