The Team

Work you’ll do

As a Senior Executive in our Tax team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with
teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You will be:

• Attending assessment hearings before the Income-tax authorities
• Preparing and filing submissions for assessment proceedings
• Preparing replies in connection with assessment order passed by income tax authorities on
  the verification of the assessment order and suggesting due course of action to the
  management
• Assistance in preparing and filing of appeals before CIT (Appeals) and the ITAT
• Assistance in preparing and filing of appeal submissions for CIT (Appeals) and ITAT.
• Assisting in attending CIT (Appeals) hearing and making submission thereon
• Assisting in coordinating with counsel for appeal matters
• Preparing advance tax working, computation of total income and filing of income tax and
  wealth tax returns
• Obtaining tax deduction certificate, advance tax calculation, tax deduction payments, filing of TDS return etc.
• Replying to letters and notices received from the Income Tax Department
• Handling Tax compliance matters for FII /QFIs and preparing the necessary tax certificates/clearances from time to time along with being acquainted with the FII Trade Gain Software
• Liaising with the local Custodians, NSDL and other authorities for complying with PAN applications, account opening, preparation of Tax certificates

Qualifications

• Graduates/Semi-Qualified C.A/C.S/MBA(Finance) with 1-2 years of Experience in Direct
  Taxation
• Good Technical Knowledge
• Clarity of Concepts
• Team Player
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Persistent and persuasive
